For the months of October through December, Butterfly Being is offline as it relates to new recordings being published. But as a special bonus, I have lined up episodes from my audio archive to keep you entertained  and thinking new thoughts that aim to curate new mindsets.

This  episode is a reflection on facing the resistance that meets moments of changing behaviors. It contemplates my experience becoming aware of resistance as a natural part of inserting intentional change and how to discipline my Now Faith to be impartial to challenge, focusing on the birth of changed states.
