Today we traveled to The Local in Nyack, NY to sit down with the owner Travis Koester. We sipped on their collaboration with District 96 Brewery called Giraffe’s Aren’t Just High Horses, Grimm’s Jam Don’t Shake and Equilibrium’s DHop16. We learned about Travis’ rural Virginia upbringing and how he came to own this awesome craft beer destination. He is also opening up a brew pub here in Nyack called Two Villans.
