In our inaugural episode, we speak with Sarah Kettel, a former chef and now food science student. We discuss Sarah's experience working in the front of the house, back of the house, and also in a cloud kitchen. Sarah is now a student studying various topics related to food science, AI, and blockchain. She also is one of the active members in the BurgerDAO community (TheDataChef#0050).
