Adam bluntly puts the effects, both cost and time, on material or design changes during construction.  The reality, at least for Breen Homes, is that we are happy to receive and make changes as long as clients know it will cost additional money and additional time. Adam is often caugh reciting, as your contractor, "we are hired to help guide you (as the client) on how you are spending your money on your home".
