Now is all there is, now is everything, within the infinitesimally small, exists ALL of creation. Now is the only thing that matters. Nothing else.
And only in ATHA, will you find YOGA.
If you are serious about yoga, and finding the depth of yoga, ATHA is the key that opens the door to ALL, to everything, to YOGA.
