Ryan Hoff is a South Jersey native and avid Ninja/parkour competitor and instructor.  Hoff shares his story of being an athlete diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a disease which weakens the connective tissues such as muscle tendons and ligaments.  Hoff also shares his experience as a contestant on American Ninja Warrior Season 9 and explains what drew him into the sport.
