Jump on in with me, as I take you on the journey of identity. Who are we? This pillar of the work is so crucial to open up and yarn about, the importance of looking into your values, beliefs, ego & cultural background is the central fundamental core to self acceptance. 

I share what is a sensitive part of my life at the age of 10. This was that pivottable moment to knowing who I truly was, the ironic thing is I always knew! It was just the moment of clarity that changed everything. 

Identity is important to explore, embrace, be challenged by & accept, in order to be functionable in balance of mind, body & spirit. 

Enjoy this one, it may take you back but it’s the first big boom moment of my life.
