Arie Boomsma is a father, entrepreneur, and expert in health and fitness. Arie works since the ’90s as a host for a variety of Dutch tv shows. He is the host of the Podcast ‘About Routines’. He is the author of several books. He’s also the founder of the Vondelgyms in Amsterdam, a gym that transformed the health of thousands of people, where I was also a member. Arie writes about a healthy lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, sleep, daily practices for good health, and most of all, creating habits for long-term health. People in the Netherlands are familiar with his books, Fit (Fit), Beweeg (Move), and Volhard (Perseverance). His newest book, 10.000 stappenboek, in English 10.000 steps book is just published.
