As we enter the month of Mental Health Awareness, this is the perfect time to talk about an issue that certainly has to be included in every organization’s top priorities during COVID-19: employee mental health.
As stated by Deloitte, working in isolation, managing work alongside caring responsibilities, and an overwhelming sense of uncertainty have contributed to why 50% of employees have reported their worsened states of mental health ever since COVID-19 occurs.
This week, we are going to discuss employees’ mental health during COVID-19, as well as proactive actions that HR companies should pursue in order to help their employees’ mental health struggles.
