Wanting the title of "The Lone Ranger" is not beneficial at all. You can only fake it till you make it for so long until you get caught, then, after everyone realized that you have no clue what you are doing, it's a lonely journey back to the top. Collaboration is portrayed in so many ways: asking for help, working with others, learning and shadowing others are all forms of collaborating. Someone has gone through it, don't be afraid to ask for help is needed. Suffocate your pride and do not be afraid to ask for help.
