The dailies are in and we’re watching Heat! For our 40th episode we&#39;re kicking off the Michael Mann run with one of his most well known films — the high octane cops and robbers thriller starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro. 
So, pour yourself a Sweet Heat and hit play — Brewvies is back!
 
Ingredients
<ul>
 <li>2 ounces vodka</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>1/2 ounce simple syrup</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>3 slices jalapeño thinly sliced</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>2 slices ginger thinly sliced</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>1 lime wheel for garnish</li>
</ul>
 
Instructions
<ul>
 <li>In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the jalapeño, ginger, simple syrup.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>Add ice and vodka.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>Shake vigorously.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 <li>Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel.</li>
