Drink more water. Water is practically free and good for you. Your body is mostly water, so it only makes sense to replenish your body with water each day. Your body craves water, so give it what it wants.
There’s no need to drink a gallon or more of water each day unless you’re working outdoors in the summer heat. Drink a big glass of water when you first get up in the morning and a couple of hours before bed. Drink when you’re thirsty in between those times.
