Dr. Don Lichi is the both the VP of Emerge Counseling Services and the lead clinical psychologist. His primary focus has been working ministers and missionaries, He has spoken at numerous conferences and workshops on pastoral health, Christian education, parenting marriage and family issues and has published several articles on Christian mental health. He is the co-author of the book, Broken Windows of the Soul.
