Dr. Nancy Hutchins from Texas A&M University joins us to talk about the importance of building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging on a large campus where it’s easy to get lost. She shares how her team is giving students confidence to take initiative and find areas in which they can grow and engage in order to be successful. We also discuss how to support first-generation students and transfer students as they transition into a large university.
