This is not a self help or 10 steps to ascend in the spirit kind of conversation, but really one of the most important things to keep in mind and close to heart as a child of God, who should not experience hope deferred simply because they ignorantly prayed against God’s will. It also deliberately follows the episode on the secret place because it is after dwelling in the secret place that you get to know peculiar details concerning God’s heart, and it is with such details that you are able to pray according to His will.
