Here you can listen in on all things self love, manifestation, spirituality, joyful movement, and discovery to the higher self through the beauty of speaking one’s truth.  

When at a fork in the road, I have realized how much I have found healing and direction by listening to the stories of other's experiences while navigating this wild life. During these conversations, I will always find myself taking some of their life tools they share and stashing them away in my memory bank, while hopefully giving some of my useful ones in return. 

I figured we all could use some life tools at least once in our life so why not put it in a podcast!
