This week Tully interviews Ryan and the rest of the CrossFit Games qualified 8th Day Gym CrossFit team! They give us all the details from behinds the scenes as they had to BATTLE all weekend to earn a 4th place finish in the Granite Games Semifinal. We also discuss each athletes favorite and least favorite moments from the weekend.
