So, we made this podcast to help cope with the modern issues that we all face during our existences and also spreading awareness about mental health and wellbeing. Our aspiration for this podcast is to help and create an outlet and safe space for listeners to express their emotions and feel more accepted. Just as a disclaimer, we are not professionals; we just want to bring awareness and really talk certain topics that are important and some topic may be triggering !
