Jeremy Hartman of Hartman Performance Training also joins the mix this week! Jeremy is a 6x USAPL National Champion and IPF gold medalist in the deadlift, and currently coaches in Indianapolis, Ind., where he trains multiple IPF powerlifters. He also coaches youth athletic development and general strength training using the powerlifts.
