This week we chat with Meghan Scanlon, a -63kg athlete in the USAPL who recently took 5th place in the highly competitive 63kg Open division at 2017 Raw Nationals. A former marathoner and future weightlifter, Meg totaled 455 kg/1003.1 lbs this past October and took home the 63kg American Record in the squat. Meg chats with us about her career in powerlifting, her current programming, and goals for 2018.
