Are you scared to go the naturopath because you’re afraid they’ll tell you you’re allergic to wheat and dairy and that you’ll need to start spending $400 a month on supplements? Me too! But that’s not how it always is. And also, what happens to the people (like my brother) that are sheep and wheat farmers, living out in the middle of nowhere?
How do they make massive dietary changes?
How do they access alternative medicines, supplements, foods and health services whilst living remotely?
Some outback Australian towns and communities often struggle to get ‘normal’ fresh fruit and vegies let alone all the other dairy free, gluten free blah blah blah alternatives there are these days.
So, because I’m a massive fan of all the above questions and any woman living in a rural and remote area that’s smashing it in business, I thought why not chat to the woman who’s doing just that. In this episode I chat to Hayley Dawson, also known as The Rural Naturopath, about how she’s grown a successful business living in country Victoria and how she helps others with their health journey’s, that also live remotely. Because both can be done!
