Episode 58, The Pennhurst Asylum. Back in 1908 the Pennhurst Hospital and School opened, it only took a few years before the place was over crowded and rumors of neglect and abuse started to circulate. Pennhurst is supposedly one of the most haunted abandoned places in America.
