<li>0.75 oz aquafaba or egg white</li>
<li>0.75 oz Aperol</li>
<li>0.75 oz lemon juice</li>
</ul>
 
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a tumbler or margarita glass.
