To make on for yourself you will need 1 1⁄2 oz Amaretto liqueur, 3⁄4 oz bourbon, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp simple syrup, 1⁄2 oz egg white, beaten. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
