Jenny Chen was a succesful financial planner, but then did a pivot most people wouldn’t have thought, into a corporate role as a Senior Advisor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for BMO Wealth Management.  

  As she tells Lisa Bragg, her goal is to make a stronger workplace where she would want her daughters to work.
