Life experiences through pain, hurt, grief and knowing how to overcome them all. Knowing and understanding how someone else feel and help them by sharing what you have gone through and still go through. Let's talk about it and be about IT. It's okay to Express how you feel rather that be angry or sad. But it's not okay to hold it in and cover it up as if it's nothing.
