The first video post of Blunt Force Healing is up now on Spotify Anchor platform.
It's raw, uncut and unedited. Forgive lack of professionalism, but I will learn and improve along the way.
Appreciate every second that you spend on reading (bluntforcehealing.wordpress.com), listening (Blunt Force Healing podcast on Spotify, Apple, Overcast etc.) and/or watching from today, as this and other videos will land on both Spotify Anchor Videocast platform and YouTube (location to be confirmed).

Day 77 – First video episode as promised!

Sometimes healing requires shock, often it happens through pure honesty. Join me en route to a different life. While I heal my life of procrastination, you learn my mistakes, my struggles, and lessons that hopefully help you on your own journey. This podcast started as audio version of my journal about building routines, establishing habits, rambling about difficulties of daily life, and sharing opportunities found along the way. It turned into video format after roughly 220 days of podcasting. I'm learning how to build a brand, and grow - you can grow alongside, and share the ride with me.
