Hannah Bacon is walking over 2,000 miles from California to Virginia Beach because she was terrified after reading, The Uninhabitable Earth by David Wallace-Wells.  After evaluating her own carbon footprint, Hannah is on a mission to raise awareness about climate change and to support the Sunrise Movement for immediate climate action.
