He gave me the gift of being his coach and afforded me the opportunity to marvel at his physical prowess. Later in life, not once but twice, he was on my staff and in that he displayed a keen sense of strategy, composer, and above all knowledge of the sport and empathy for the young men he mentored. Jeff was a true and staunch friend, great coach, and a stellar person… if you were fortunate enough to have in your life. Be it as a son, brother, Father, or husband… with Jeff you always received his best. You will be deeply missed my dear brother for the world is a lesser place without you.
