From our first phone introduction, I was inspired through her life story filled with trials and errors, accomplishments, and her pursuit for a better future. 
Alba Milla is a mother of1, originally from Lima, Peru, 
and a recent graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor’s in therapeutic Recreation.
After being diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, AKA RP,at 6 months old her venture for a better life began. today she continues to live life with resilience and determination despite RP.

My name is Gladys Morales and I’m your host for this podcast. At the age of 8, I was declared legally blind with Optic Atrophy and in 2018 I was diagnosed with a cancer known as Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. As a cancer survivor I feel extremely blessed with the gift of life.

 Starting this podcast has been a longed dream of mine. I hope to inspire, motivate, and encourage people like you to pursue your own dreams and goals.
