2022 was an unbelievable year for the Blessed in This Mess podcast. Thank you for supporting my work in so many ways! In this episode I pay tribute to the year that was and share my plans for 2023, where my focus will be on strengthening relationships in person, rather than creating new podcast episodes and promoting them on social media.

In the new year, my website and the archive of Blessed in This Mess episodes will continue to be available on all major streaming platforms. Therein lies the beauty of podcasting, a lasting auditory footprint. Please continue sharing episodes with friends and family who might need some encouragement in the mess of their caregiving journeys. And, yes, you may listen to them as many times as you’d like. I will continue to respond to messages on my website, on Facebook and on Instagram.

I’ll leave you with this final thought as I close this chapter and we look to the promise of 2023. Regret leaves us in the darkness of the past, and fear and worry project darkness into our future. None of that darkness is from God. Let’s live in the light of the present, grateful for our blessings, big and small, and reliant on the God who gives us purpose each day, even in the messiest days of family caregiving.
