In this episode, I got a bit personal as we piggy backed off of some of the topics Charlamagne Tha God brings up in his incredible new book (and best seller) "Shook One: Anxiety Playing Tricks on Me" and discussed anxiety as a whole in many ways we hope will help people dealing with their own issues. I saw it as important to put my own struggles out there as we talked the stigma of therapy, anxiety that comes with having to be "masculine," social media's role, coping mechanisms, and MUCH more.

As always, we sidetracked and discussed 6ixnine's arrest, "Toy Story 4," "Detective Pikachu," and the lack of Asian representation for historically Asian franchises too.
