Psychological warfare can be described as actions intended to reduce an opponents morale. It is the use of propaganda, threats, and other psychological techniques to mislead, intimate, demoralize, or otherwise influence the thinking or behavior of an opponent. I know that as a Black community we tend to talk a lot about the systematic oppression that we face, and simply the overall discrimination; but many of us fail to realize the negative impact that psychological warfare has, on our community.
