To provide Black Men critical feedback on what is missing from their drive. To allow some insight on what their counterparts, peers, supervisors, politicians, and superstars have that they don't have.
To let Black Men know that skill, good looks and the grind is not the gift or the anomaly: it is the expectation. To let Black Men know that the more privacy and personal time a man is willing to yield, the more money and power a man is awarded. To also let Black Men know that because of this basic principle, adhering to the basis of a good religion can complement a man's journey very well.
