Who are you to be doing this? One thing that many struggle with is imposter syndrome, the idea that you aren’t qualified to be doing whatever it is that you’re doing. That you somehow have to ask permission from someone, or get their approval. For many, this can lead to them seeking out confirmation prior to taking action.
