In marketing, we often talk about finding your “Tribe”. That group of people that are in sync with your message and ideals. That’s all well and good, but marketing requires mass communication that brings in all sorts of people. Including those that are negative, hostile, and sometimes downright toxic. Today, I’m going to talk about the anti-persona, and why it’s just as important to know who is not your audience.
