This week we delve into the history and hauntings of the Stanley Hotel. Located in Estes Park, Colorado the Stanley Hotel began in 1907, becoming rundown and ready for the wrecking ball by the 1970s it would get a breath of fresh air from American Author Stephen King when he would spend one night at the hotel and become inspired to write “The Shining”. Ghost hunters and skeptics have flocked to the hotel since, allowing the Stanley Hotel to be restored to its former glory.
