The most basic podcast ever. These two have no idea what they are talking about and along with annoying voices, this is a pod to skip.

Diane and Marnell do a great job. I really appreciate all of the hard work and effort they put into the podcast. Diane's genuine laughter and Marnell's research into the "actor spotllights" are high points in an already great show. Highly recommended!

I really liked the coverage of Rick’s goodbye episode. Reminded me of throw backs I had forgotten. Definitely worth listening to.

Diane and Marnell are terrific. Insightful and lively! I loved Brian and was sorry to see him go (though he didn’t hide his crankiness so it was I guess for the best). As a fan of both TWD and FTWD I get tired of all the complaining on other podcasts. I’m out here and listening. Keep going “housewives of Alaska”.

I keep trying but it's hard to listen when the p'cast is so negative. Y'all probably shouldn't do the cast on a show you dislike. It's a downer for anyone who enjoys the show. Conversation wanes and is dull between hosts- poor chemistry maybe? Love Dianne and would listen to her on a solo cast but the dude isn't interesting. Sorry.

I’ve tried other Walkind Dead podcasts and they all pale in comparison. Dianne and Brian are great! Their friendly banter makes for a good time and their in-depth review of the show and its underlining commentary is spot on. The listener plays a big role in the show too; they read letters from listeners, tweets, facebook comments, etc. It’s good stuff, give’m a try.

Very glad to hear Dianne's voice in this discussion. I enjoyed Jeff and Kirk but it's been cool to hear her take on the show. Good stuff.

I look forward to the Biters podcast each week and enjoy that the hosts are not afraid to critique the episodes when warranted. My only complaint is the shows are sometimes posted several days after the Sunday-night airing of TWD. However, this is also a "free" show so I am just glad they are posting at all. Keep it up!

If you're a fan of the TV show and you're hungry for meaty analyses of the episodes, do yourself a favor and subscribe to this podcast. Having only recently been introduced to TWD, I've listened to several podcasts dealing with the show - this one rises above them all. Highly recommended (I even installed iTunes just to make sure I could get them five stars). Keep up the great work, guys! I'm looking forward to your takes on upcoming seasons (and catching up on your earlier bits).

Why in the world would you inject race into a podcast? Is it not enough that our politicians pander and racebait almost every single day now YOU have to take what should be a fun and thoughtful podcast and decide that because another black character got killed -TWD must be racist. I watched the show along with 12 of my co-workers, all a mix of white, black and hispanic descent. Not one of us said, "oh no, another black person is killed, TWD is racist!" Only a racist would think that. We will never listern to your podcast again and we will never forget the idiotic phlegm-filled rant your small racist mind spewed. RACIST.

I listen to several Walking Dead related podcasts and Biters is by far my favorite. Jeff and Kirk are funny and provide a very thorough and honest critique of the show. They do an excellent job of ferreting out the deeper meanings hidden in each episode. Five stars from a loyal fan. Support them and Southgate Media on Patreon.

Love listening to Jeff and Kirk every week. They dive in head first and analyze the episodes with humor and thoughtful commentary. I look forward to their podcasts as much as I do the show itself. They also offer one thing none of the other podcasts do and that is that this podcast comes with "pitchers"! (kinda) Kirk Manley's weekly tribute art to each episode is stunning. I first found out about this cast thru Jason and Karen's Walking Dead Cast they were talking about Kirk's wonderful fan art. I started following him on twitter and have now followed him here to his cast. I find this discussion intelligent and informative. Great chemistry with the other host, and most important fun! I listen to 3 other cast and I'm very happy to say you guys have made my list. Check them out! I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Do yourself a favor and skip this...these two yuk yuk friends basically laugh at inside sports jokes and their own jokes----both of which fall very flat. One star is being nice.

This is a top notch Walking Dead podcast. Manley and Marsick clearly are well versey in zombie lore -- from movies, books, to comics (sounds like they even write their own comic!) and it shows in their in-dept analysis of each episode of the show. Plus, mix in a generous helping of humor and wit, and this is one fun podcast!! Keep up the great work, guys!

I really enjoyed Jeff and Kirk's breakdowns of each episode of the Walking Dead. Very well thought out and mixed with a little humor, too. Overall- extremely entertaining. I completely disagree with throwrag superfan's complaint about the guys pushing their own book too much- I read his/her review before listening, so I was conscious of it going in. They mentioned it mostly as they introduced themselves or signed off at the end, maybe taking up 20 or 30 seconds total during a 60-minute episode. My opinion? Talk about it more, boys! Z-girl and the 4 Tigers is a cool book! Throwrag, you like zombies, obviously. Check out the book- you'll be glad you did.

Jeff and Kirk do a great job of breaking down the show, as well as adding insight into the genre. And I disagree with the first review, they should talk about their book MORE. Fantastic book!

You've only had two episodes, but they've both been very insightful and thoughtfully critiqued. The only thing I would ask is that you stop talking about your comic book so darn much, it's a tad pushy.
