In this episode Sarah comes on to share her two birth stories! During her first birth she was induced after her water broke on its own. She had major anxiety about getting an epidural but chose to get one after feeling those Pitocin contractions. After three miscarriages she got pregnant with her daughter and had a very anxiety filled pregnancy. She was induced at 38 weeks due to concerns of cholestasis and gave birth to her daughter via C-section. Thank you so much Sarah for sharing both of your stories with us today!
