We’ve been taught to always look at the glass half full but when we do that we ignore major warning flags. If we are always looking at the positive in each situation we miss an opportunity to learn and grow from the bad. When we only allow ourselves to be happy we suppress all other feelings that as humans we should allow ourselves to feel.
