Mary is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and a graduate of the Psychodynamic Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Mary is also a long time meditator, trained in Transcendental Meditation, TM-Sidhis, and Mindfulness. She is a 3HO Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. And perhaps her greatest victory is that she is a 20 year survivor of Crohn’s disease, freed from over 25 pills a day and managing 100% holistically.
