Oswald joined Fidelity Bank Ghana in 2018, he was instrumental in the bank’s digital transformation program where he transformed business processes to reduce time and cost as well as maximize output across the bank. He also developed various solutions for customers and partners as well as regulatory compliance integrations with the Bank of Ghana and Financial Intelligence Centre.
Today he runs FloodGates Limited as Founder and CEO, leading the development of next-generation technology in Identity, and CyberSecurity.
