Devon is a musician from the Kapiti Coast, this kōrero if focused around the adversity he has faced in his life from friends losing their fight with mental health, his partner and unborn child passing away and being tragically involved in a car incident with his mate who was longboarding. Devon share practical tips on how he has overcame challenging times – keep shining a light on mental health brother!  Devon showcases extreme resilience and I learnt a lot from him during this conversation. His ability to write music and perform, has been crucial in supporting him to overcome low periods in his life.
