Having suffered from depression since the age of 6, battled with alcoholism, ADHD, and addiction, Jessica almost gave her life up until she discovered spirituality. Meditation, plant medicine, sacred ceremonies, chakra dance, you name it, she's got her hands on everything through her deep healing journey and got lost many times in between. Through immense pain, she learned to break away from societal expectations and feel whole from within through an integrated spiritual life.
