TW: violence, sexual abuse and suicide

Hai everyone 💜

This week it's a very personal one and that's why I delayed the posting: I've decided to tell the story of my great grandmother Lurdes, my first short story and one that is in the book I wrote back in 2013/2014. She was the most inspiring woman, so strong, powerful, intense, but always wearing a smile, that she didn't let fade, even if her life wasn't the happiest. It's called Eunice here, because I decided to change the names of the story for privacy reasons and yes, it has some trigger warnings... but it doesn't take the truth and the beauty of this story, I promise.

I also decided to dedicate this to a friend we lost a week ago, Candy, suddenly and so soon. She would've like to meet my great grandmother and I know they would get along, because bright lights always shine together.
