A year ago, I started a podcast for personal talk therapy as a way of helping me work things out with myself out loud. ⁣⁣After realizing how many people assumed I was living a life of ease based on my Instagram feed, I also wanted to help shed light on the illusion that our curated social media highlights are NOT our actual lives. ⁣⁣My intention was to provide an inside view of my day-to-day reality while sharing insights along the way to help ease the journey of self realization for all those who listen. ⁣⁣Today, I celebrate a year of fun, insight, transformation, and love.
