$87 Billion is earmarked for "tax revenue loss recovery efforts" by Senate Democrats. The bill also has restrictions of fixing "fair" medical prices. The government is also setting restrictions on prescription drugs; fixing prices and limiting contracts so that only select companies will be able to manufacture/sell, and cap insulin prices (but only for ppl on Medicare/Medicaid).
