In this episode, Tim talks about his experience of managing his tendinpathy and his process for adjusting training variables for the last six months. He explains his reasoning for each training adjustment along the way as well as both the guys speculate on why some things didn't work and why some things did work. There is also a lot of practical advice throughout the episode in regards to how to train around pain and make modifications in your training.
