In this episode we tackle exercise and nutrition as it pertains to getting older. There are a lot of misconceptions surrounding physical activity and ageing, and we hope to shed some light on why those misconceptions are harmful and how we can stop them from continuing to spread.
Other topics include degenerative disk disease, pain and tissue damage, nocebos, BMI and waist circumference, protein requirements, and offer some practical tips on how to begin a new exercise program or a recreational sport for individuals of all ages.
TL;DR: Your age matters less than you think. Hope you enjoy the show! Your feedback is always appreciated!
