Beneath the Wing – Tech. Sgt. Nick Baker and Alex Thomas

Let us tell you a little bit about why we're doing this and what the purpose of beneath the wing. The place we work and serve is pretty special to a lot of us, and while the mission and tasks we do are important, it's the relationships and people that really make a difference. I'm a big leadership development guy, and the more I've learned, the more I've realized that connection to each other matters more than rules and regulations. So in that spirit, Beneath the Wing will help us not only get to know people connected to our Wing, but also how they've grown, changed, and become the leaders they are today.
